NULASS SET TO SHUT LAGOS AS SANWOOLU DELAY PAYMENT

The Badagry-Born comrade confirmed the document we saw which shows that the Union are prepared for the protest.
It was earlier reported that the Bursary and Scholarship has not been paid since last year by the then Governor, Mr.Akinwunmi Ambode which literally means that his successor is responsible for paying it.
She also said the state government is aware of the protest as notification has been sent to the Governor’s office and other security agencies which has since been acknowledge.
When the President was asked why the Union have chosen PROTEST to be the best option, she said
“Some students already have extra year, extra semesters and some already drop out of school because they rely solely on bursary and scholarship
In the President’s word, she claimed that all calls to Governor Sanwoolu to pay the Bursary was not successful as he is yet to take any step on the payment which has cummulated to two (2017/2018 and 2018/2019).
Another insider who will prefer not to reveal his identity told our correspondent that all chapters President of the Union in tertiary institution across the nation are also fully prepared for the protest as they will be coming with their members on the said date.
